The Aviation and Aerospace Archives Initiative (AAAI) have announced their 2024 conference is now open for registration. The conference will look at the history of airlines in the UK and how aviation archivists, both volunteers and professional, have worked with these collections.

There will also be opportunities to take a tour of British Airways Heritage and an opportunity for aviation archives to man a stall to publicise their collections. Tickets include lunch and other refreshments.

They are are offering two bursaries covering the ticket price and travel for those who would otherwise find it difficult to attend the event, including early career professionals. Please contact aaaiarchives@gmail.com for more details.
